The Raptors signed free agent guard Jarkel Joiner to an Exhibit 10 contract, according to Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca (Twitter link). Toronto has since waived Joiner, per NBA.com’s transaction log. The Raptors signed and subsequently waived free agent guard Tyreke Key, according to Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca (Twitter links), who confirms that Key received an Exhibit 10 deal.
