The Toronto Blue Jays’ No. 2 prospect according to MiLB Pipeline, Trey Yesavage has shown his dominance, earning him a promotion to High-A. In that time, he’s shown himself to be an exciting prospect who is inching closer to his MLB debut with the Blue Jays.
Unsurprisingly, the 21-year-old is making solid strides in climbing up the ladder in the Blue Jays system. He’s joined Arjun Nimmala in High-A and they are currently the team’s top two prospects who will be making their debuts in the big leagues within the next few years.

Blue Jays Prospect Trey Yesavage Lighting It Up Amid Promotion
Across Dunedin Single-A and High-A, Yesavage is sporting a 3-0 record with a 2.17 ERA across 45 2/3 innings with 79 strikeouts. Talk about impressive for such a young starter who is coming into his dominant form. His major league ETA is sometime in the 2026 season. His dominant pitching is making him a huge success story in the minors. However, even before his promotion, he showed himself to be the real deal.
His dominance demonstrates how the Blue Jays farm system compared to other teams is vastly underrated. It also includes guys such as Peyton Williams, aka “The Iowa Meat Truck” as well as Nimmala, and Yohendrick Pinango in Double-A. Pinango is tearing it up and could likely be getting a promotion this season as well.
