Clement’s newest contract comes with a big raise after a big season with Blue Jays

The Toronto Blue Jays and utility infielder Ernie Clement avoided arbitration on Thursday by agreeing on a new contract for the 2026 season. Clement, who made $1.9 million a year ago has earned a raise after a breakout season.
