Today seems like a good day to win the third in a row over the Yankees. And it’s a good day to watch the game in an air-conditioned venue. It is in the 30s here in Calgary and the sweat is pouring off me no matter what I do.
Yimi is back on the roster. I’d like him to get an appearance in a game where the Jays are up by half a dozen or so runs.
Our friends at FOCO are putting out a new George Springer bobblehead. It’s is to celebrate his seven RBI game on Canada Day. They don’t have a photo of it yet as it is only the next day, but FOCO’s bobble heads are high-quality, hand-painted and limited editions. They are also not cheap, but I have a few of them and I like them.
Still no Bo in the lineup. Will Wagner is in the lineup. So is Davis Schneider, even with a right-handed starter.
