Mark Carney says he has created ethics ‘screens’ to avoid conflicts of interest

Liberal Leader Mark Carney, who remains prime minister through the election campaign, said Tuesday that he has set up two ethics “screens” to avoid conflicts of interest over his recent corporate jobs.
