We have several players underperforming. I thought I’d ask who’s slow start disappoints you the most:
- Alejandro Kirk is hitting .234/.275/.313 with 1 home run.
- Vlad is hitting .291/.392/.395, which doesn’t look all that bad. But the one home run isn’t enough.
- Andres Gimenez is hitting .198/.286/.349 with 3 home runs. His first couple of games were great. Since then? Well, in April, he’s hitting .162/.237/.191.
- Bo Bichette is hitting .310/.352/.390, which is not a bad line, but there are no home runs. I don’t understand where the power has gone.
- Ernie Clement is hitting .212/.263/.250, with only 2 extra base hits, both doubles.
- Alan Roden is hitting .220/.294/.322 with one home run. Buck has been talking him up a bunch, but he’s not doing great.
- Anthony Santander is hitting .196/.265/.304 with two home runs.
- Will Wagner is hitting .224/.309/.265.
- Nathan Lukes is hitting .200/.306/.333 with a home run.
