The New York Knicks expect to get a meeting with Kawhi Leonard in free agency.
Leonard lived in Northern New Jersey for part of the 17-18 season while rehabbing his quad. Leonard’s uncle, Dennis Robertson, is from Northern New Jersey.
Leonard and Kevin Durant play the same position and the two don’t know each other well.
Leonard has been most strongly linked to the Los Angeles Clippers should he leave the Toronto Raptors.
