The Toronto Raptors signed-and-waived Jarkel Joiner on Thursday, reported Keith Smith of Spotrac.
Joiner will play for the Raptors 905 next season.
Joiner averaged 11.6 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists with the College Park Skyhawks last year.
